If you’re in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us at hello@bakslap.com within 14 days of your purchase to discuss & arrange a return. If we are unable to resolve your issue or further assist, we will process a refund (within 2 days).
Please follow product-use descriptions that appear on product packaging and our website. Following these will eliminate any chance of product breakage.
Products purchased through a stockist can be returned to the retailer or if proof of purchase can be shared we will happily resolve any issue directly with you.
Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase once the item is returned. The returned item must be in its original saleable condition.
